Emanuel Small Shield Tapestry- Priestly Blessing

Wall hanging tapestry - with the words in Hebrew from Birkas Kohamin- "The Almighty will bless you and guard over you" (Numbers 6:24), inside the shape of a Hamsa- the traditional Kabbalistic hand shape that represents protection, surrounded by a motif of flowers, vines and fish. Appliques and embroidery on raw silk, by acclaimed Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel. Rope on top for hanging. Fringes are glass and metal beads. Approx. size- 4.5" W X 7" H.
